Our salon provides professional braiding, protective styling, and hair care services performed by trained stylists under the direction of Sandra, Founder and Lead Stylist.

2. Booking Policy
Clients can submit appointment requests directly through our website or booking form.
No deposit is currently required to submit a booking request.
All appointments are subject to confirmation by our team via phone, text, or email.
Once confirmed, clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking access.
The salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, stylist availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All service prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on hair length, size, or complexity of style.
Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before service begins.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
We accept major payment methods as displayed in the salon.
5. Salon Policies
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise instructed.
For your comfort and safety, we maintain a no extra guest policy unless approved in advance.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or hygiene concerns.
6. Refunds and Service Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once a service has been rendered.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform your stylist before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made immediately.
We do not offer refunds on completed services but will work with clients to ensure satisfaction.
